Sights and Upgrade Parts Install
If you want to have the sighting setup of your handgun or rifle improved to somthing like tridiium night sights, I can install those for you. Depending on the gun and setup it might require adjustmet at a range (keep that in mind). if you purchase parts to upgrade your gun, but do not have the resources to intall them, I can take care of this as well, as long as it is a safe and leagal product to be added.
Adding Custom Features
Maybe you would like the front strap grip on your 1911 hand checkered? Hammer spur bobbed a little on your carry gun? Ghost rings sights added to your shotgun receiver? Any number of possible options can be done to make your roscoe more to your liking and is a service that can be done, as long as changes maintain safety guidelines. Why not turn what you have into something that suits your shooting style better, than just tolerate the imperfections that can be corrected. Just saying the only hard limit is what is legal
GUN REPAIRS AND PARTS REPLACEMENT
Face it, at some point your gun is goinng to break. I might have gotten worn or old from use, or something became missing in storage. Many times the parts on guns just don't "drop in" as advertised, and for reliablity you must get them fixed right. These are many times "hand fit" and requre skill to make sure that they are installed correctly and mated to the parts they work with. This is why you take them to gunsmith. Sometimes on clasic guns it become an issue of parts need made and heat treated. No matter, your gun is something you may have to trust to save your life, have the cofidence of getting it fixed right. This is a core service provided and prices are based on needs of each idividual repair.
Trigger/Action Smoothing and Adjustment
- Many times, right out of the box, guns come to us with poor to mediocre trigger pulls. Gritty, binding, stiff, awkward, creepy, and over heavy. You don’t need a light “Hair Trigger”, but you dammed sure need it to break cleaner than it came to you. Nothing better than a smooth crisp break, and a double action pull that moves nice without that grit feel. You can now anticipate the break over to fire with more confidence, without the confusion. This is a good service offered on request.

Is the person working on my gun paying attention to all the things that might need addressed or just a cosmetic patch? Does it really fit well on the gun? Many "parts changers" do just that, swap parts to repair or upgrade to patch the problem quickly. However, most gun parts require fitting and adjustment to correctly blend with the rest of the parts as one. Edges need checked and refined, timing worked out, ergonomics of fit, touch up of blemish, and tons of other "little things" that just make the job "right." This little devil (in the details) can be the difference between a quality job and a quick mistake!
